The challenge

X-Pac is a brand of Dimension-Polyant, the global leader in sailcloth manufacturing, and the preferred laminate pack fabric for premium backpack brands, gear designers, and military and tactical applications worldwide. Born from sailcloth technology, X-Pac’s laminates are lightweight, permanently waterproof, and tear-resistant — the result of over 50 years of textile innovation.

Despite a world-class product and a devoted following among gear designers and makers, X-Pac’s web presence didn’t communicate the depth of the product story or support e-commerce effectively across its complex product catalogue spanning multiple fabric families and technical specifications.

Our approach

Autumn Lane AI led UI/UX design and WordPress e-commerce development for X-Pac, building a platform that balanced technical depth with the adventurous, performance-driven brand energy that resonates with the designers and makers who choose X-Pac for their best work.

The product architecture organises X-Pac’s fabric families — X4, X3, Liteskin, RX, Tactical — into a clear navigation system that serves both experienced designers looking up specs and first-time visitors discovering the brand. E-commerce was integrated with clean product pages and a purchasing flow designed for both retail and trade buyers.

and positions X-Pac clearly as the premium pack fabric of choice for anyone building something that cannot afford to fail.
